What a busy day we had! We started off with a show and tell describing and showing something brown that we had worn to school, brought to school or found in school. Afterwards we made some bear biscuits which we ate for snack..Yum Yum!
In between all this we went on a bear hunt in our garden. Some of the children thought that we would not be able to find a bear at nursery but guess what...after going THROUGH (not OVER, not UNDER) the long wavy grass, the deep cold river, the thick oozy mud, the big dark forest and the swirling whirling snowstorm we found a cave ....and...after tiptoeing inside, WE SAW A BEAR! We had to run the whole way back and eventually got back to classroom, closed the door and hid under the cover.
Unlike the story we had such good fun we WOULD like to go on a bear hunt again!
