What a lot of fun we have had this month in Nursery!
We watched to see what happened to our ingredients as we made our playdough and then used it to roll, pinch, squeeze and press as we got creative. We carved our halloween pumpkin and gave it a scary face before lighting it up to make a lantern, what excitement there was as we watched it glow! This encouraged us to get creative at the art area where we experimented to make the colour orange and then painted our own scary pumpkins.
As we moved into the season of Autumn we explored and investigated with natural resources and materials, enjoyed planting some flowers and had the opportunity to learn and work with a variety of fruit and vegetables.
With the changing weather we explored the wind with our windy day resources and had fun flying around on our broomsticks as we got closer to Halloween.
