After learning about St. Patrick in March we planned walks to both St. Patrick's Cathedral, Church of Ireland and St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Cathedral once the weather allowed. We had lots of hills and steps to climb to get to both but we enjoyed walking around inside the Cathedrals, looking at the stained glass windows, finding out about the eagle lectern where the Bible rests, the kneeling stools where you kneel to pray and much, much more. At St. Patrick's Cathedral Church of Ireland we finished off by enjoying some time in the beautiful gardens one of which has a maze....don't worry...we didn't get lost!
